Qoya is movement with meaning. It is unique and unlike any other movement class you will have ever done before. It is based on the idea that through movement we remember our true essence as wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also reference the types of movement we do in a Qoya class - yoga, dance and free movement.
In this online class, we will we will explore our relationship to gratitude - the easy stuff, the harder bits and everything in between. We will dance, breathe, speak and write as we connect to the feeling of gratitude in our bodies.
