I invite you to join me for a weekend retreat in sacred Cornwall to support you to alight your intuition and connect deeply with your internal compass. Together we will turn inwards, remembering who you authentically are and how you want to feel as you move forward into 2022.

The retreat will be a gentle spiralling inward - an invitation to reflect on the year before and to spend some time feeling into how you want to emerge into 2022.

The retreat will include embodied movement practices (Qoya), unique Rites of Passage, Meditation, Visits to sacred sites, Creative rituals and plenty of space to slow down and align with the core of who you are.

Due to the space in our retreat centre/home, I can only offer 6-8 places at this retreat.

Cost: £450 for single bedroom (double bed): 2-3 available; £375 for shared room (2 double beds): 1-2 available; £250 for those staying in own accommodation (there are a number of hotels and Airbnbs within walking distance our home). **Please note that I also offer sliding scale pricing and Cornish locals’ discounts to make my retreats as accessible as possible.
