Activating your Dorsal Fin
Whales, fish and dolphins evolved dorsal fins across time and generations as stabilisers, to help guide, balance and direct them as they navigate an ever-moving ocean.
As we come into the fullness of this holiday season, I invite you to join me for a Qoya class to explore the stabilising practices you have developed in your life. Through embodied movement, community and ritual, we will explore the connections to our own dorsal fins of stability, autonomy and balance. Together, we will slow down and practice how to hold ourselves in a busy and ever-shifting world.
I invite you to activate your dorsal fin to help navigate these transformational times.
I am offering this class three times in December:
Liskeard, Cornwall: 4 December 2-4.30pm
Rowlands Castle Parish Hall: 9 December 9.30-12
Online: 20 December 7.30-9.30pm UK time via Zoom (recording available for £10)
All classes are £20 payable in cash or via bank transfer/Paypal (meghanefield@gmail.com using friends and family).
I would love to dance for stability and balance with you in December.
