Theme: Rite of the Womb

This is a special circle where we will honour the turning of the wheel of the year at Imbolc (which means 'in the belly of the mother') by experiencing the Rite of the Womb - the 13th Rite of the Munay-ki.

About the Rite of the Womb

The Rite is an energetic transmission above overcoming fear and pain and healing the womb and in turn healing the planet. The rite came through to a shaman in Peru named Marcela Lobos. It was clear to her that the world and women needed this rite to heal any pain women are holding from their female lineage.

On 11 October 2014, Marcela transferred the rite for the first time to 200 women who became activated and alongside Marcela have begun to spread this healing rite into the world. Once you’ve received the Rite and have been activated, you can in turn activate other women to help them connect to their womb space and heal, which in turn helps the world heal.

Women gathering is, and always has been, a revolutionary act. Women’s Circles are intentional, powerful gatherings where we can build community, listen openly, use our voices, be heard and be seen. Circles are places where we dismantle hierarchy and competition and instead practice self-focus, community care and sacred activism.

My prayer is that Sacred Kernow Circles foster a deep sense of belonging in everyone who attends - a space where you never have to try to fit in, where you belong to yourself first, where you can speak your truth and tell your story, where you can embrace vulnerability as connection and never feel any pressure of expectation - only the invitation to come as you are and leave as more of who you are.

The circles are for all who feel the call to deepen your relationship of belonging to yourself, the land you live on, your lineage and this beautiful community.
