Possibility

As we approach Imbolc, which is the halfway point between the winter solstice (Yule) and the spring equinox (Ostara), I invite you to notice the feeling of possibility in your body.

The word "imbolc" means "in the belly of the Mother," because the seeds of spring are beginning to stir in the belly of Mother Earth.

On 7 February from 7.30-9.30pm U.K. time, I invite you to dance an online Qoya class with me around the theme of possibility. Together we will explore the seeds we are currently planting and the feeling of possibility in the moment through meditation, movement and community sharing.
